I don't think its a poor game.  Probably too many penalties admittedly, but I love low-scoring defenses-on-top type of contests contests. Seattle defense is very very impressive tonight.

Have Seattle sussed CK out?
By:
Wallflower
When: 16 Sep 13 04:15
I don't specifically think so. To me its just that Seattle secondary is so good, that CK can't throw when he wants to. Pretty simple, basic, rather than a plan to counter CK

This match smells me bad for seahawks.

When: 16 Sep 13 04:38
Wallflower is correct, even man to man, the seahawks secondary can easily cover 49ers.  Leaves them 8 up front to cover gore and kaep.  Same last week, although 0-2 panthers are ok but they could not move it against this team.

Its getting embarrassing for Kaep.  Deep in 4th quarter.  96 yards and 2 interceptions.  49ers have not yet been in the seattle redzone.

Kap's previous lowest passer rating was 72.0 and it was against the Seahawks last season.  Currently at 23.0 !!!!!

didn't expect this scoreline Plain

throws a big curve ball in the Superbowl market

Was like watching last years game, easy win for them, even the game in san fran was close and seattle could have easily won that one,not sure it changes much in the superbowl market, niners will just hope another team takes care of seattle, obviously they don't match up with them

you can get the Falcons +2 at Miami next Saturday

this has to be the bet of the year so far!

I think the Falcons picked up a number of injuries yesterday d13phe, maybe that is the reason why?
By:

Does anyone know if Green Bay picked up any significant injuries as I would have them as very strong favs against the Bengals yet could get around evens?

The north looks a horrible division this season, the bengals price looks reasonable, won't be saying that if they lose tonight Shocked

When: 16 Sep 13 13:16
Green Bay have impressed me this season and the Defence has looked better than I thought. I was expecting Green Bay to be heavy odds on against the Bengals but maybe I have called it wrong. Tampa Bay Bucks look big at 4/1+ against the Pats, if they cut out the brainless penalties they would have a chance

I'll have a bit on the Steelers to contain the handicap tonight, + 6.5 points looks fair given their record against the Bengals and their Defence is still pretty strong even with a few injuries.

not a game to call this steelers/bengals imo

the points total looks on the low side and my go even lower in running.

both sides are going to have to throw the football a lot imo

Will have a look at that Atlanta bet.   I see the impotent Jags have to go to seattle next week and face that defence.   Could get nasty.

Not getting too carried away with Seahawks last night, as harry says they obviously match up well to 49ers and seem to have a plan for kaep.  Howevwer, they have the players to execute that plan and not may other team will.

Despite 0-2 I still think Panthers are ok and I like them on the hcap next week.

No bets tonight, still tired from last night, so early night.

The Paddy power offer of money back on your selection if Broncos or 49ers win SB is looking if you fancy a few quid on Seattle.

I bet the jags pose more of a threat to that secondary than the 49ers did, the jags have a few speed receivers, all about match ups most of the time, wide open season again.  10+ teams have a shot apart from the texans Wink

It was hard to disagree last season seattle have the best defence, could argue it was baltimore during the playoffs as they were on fire, looks business as usual for this D.   Interesting how they would cope if they lost a key player in the secondary

Interesting one on the Panthers.

Cam Newton looks totally impotent.

Not willing to leave the pocket as he was in the first year.

I think they are going to really struggle personally.
