I'm assuming ESPN is just going to disappear from my tv in a couple of days.

Will MLB be shown anywhere?

There are mixed reports about whether BT Sports will be showing baseball, but it looks bleak.

Fking useless Angry

Why has BT bought ESPN America UK? What sports are on that?

ESPN has built a brand synonymous with high quality sports coverage, and has a long history and heritage with US sport.

The almost 4,000 hours of live US sports will further strengthen BT's offering. The list includes Major League Baseball, NCAA College Basketball, NCAA College Football and NASCAR.

I've never been able to understand why Broadcasters in europe treat North American Sports fans with such disdain. Literally just as the Best Baseball season I cna ever remember heats up the plug gets pulled for no reason whatsoever. How much would it cost to just fire up another channel 4XX or what ever and stick ESPN on it for us.
Treat us like the scum we are seems to be the Mantra.

On principle BT Sports can shove it from me now. I'll watch whatever I need to watch online and stick with the one Team that do know how to look after their Custoemers i.e. SKY for the NFL

I expect they will show the odd game in the early hours UK time, and the World Series, but the extensive coverage a la ESPN America is a thing of the past. I appear to be getting everything for free, but if they want to charge me they can stick up their rear orifice.

Idiots.

They showed X-Games live last night (launch night) rather than show any live baseball; what a joke!

Strange Fenway as everything was blocked for me (live in Ireland and have Sky digital (dish on roof)

Only ESPN native so as you rightly point out only the odd Marquee game live (for both Baseball and NCAAF) so the glory days of a full days College Football or 3 live Baseball games are at a permanent end. I'ld love to know who made that decision and the logic behind it

I think it was free to view for the first day or two in order to try to entice people to subscribe, so that is probably why you were still able to view it after launch.

Since BT launched, the amount of baseball on ESPN seems to have gone up. Two games at least most days now.
