College football is top quality, far more passion than in the NFL for one thing, the rivalries are even better IMO, tradition that goes back back over a century in some cases. To me, Alabama vs ND is every bit as a big a game as the SB will be. If college football is so crap and the NFL so great then how come the NFL is made up of 99% college players? The one problem I have with college football is that the top teams like my Tide play too many gimme games, but with over 100 teams that's just the way it is. But it does make the big games even bigger, and also college football gives you a 3 week bowl season that stretches from mid Dec to the BCS Champ game on Jan 7th, it is the PERFECT compliment to late season NFL. You comments are moronic and unsubstantiated. |

I dont like the voting aspect of College for bowls, makes the matchups too random, although it is good for betting because some of the teams that get voted in the top 25 is hilarious. would prefer to see more competitive system as well. |

I haven't been too concerned with the voting etc, it is what it is I guess. I think more competition would be better, I'd like to see a streamlined top tier, god knows how they would make it work though. I find if 'bama have a gimme game, there's usually a couple of good games to watch from the SEC or elsewhere, and i like the variety of NCAA. Who do you like in this weekend bowl games? |

i am quite keen on Notre Dame for the big one. I also like South Carolina, Stanford, Georgia and Texas A&M. will be doing some research soon but havent had the time |
