Tbh 14 team leagues going to push the boundries esp as most mocks adp's go right out off the window. your basically drafting players 10 odd picks before thier postion.
Some players did go higher than what they should some went lower imo. Very hard to draft i had 1st pick, wish id had around 4 tbh, though id have took a qb with my 1st pick weather i was 1st to 6th. Top 3 qbs will be gone by then in almost all drafts. |

There aren't many bankers in this year's draft
a lot of uncertainties with new QBs, coaches, injuries and contract talks. going to be an interesting year. I just hope Peyton doesn't go down injured like Vick did to me last year Really surprised Vick went in the first round |

I took him pick 16. Being 13 in the order meant most of the top picks had already gone. My next pick was number 41 after that! I thought I would take him then as the best of the leftovers. He wouldn't have lasted until the forties. Maybe thats why I have never won this league!!!
I applied the same principle to picking a defence/special teams in round 8. At least I got the top rated (before the season starts obviously) pick rather than taking a RB/WR who may never get on the pitch all season and waiting for another 25 odd picks from the others before I got a go again, by which time they would have gone and I would have ended up with the fourth/fifth rated D. Lets hope for my sake Plexico finds a decent roster somewhere and Vincent Brown has the quickest healing broken ankle in history.... Good luck with your fantasy seasons everyone. |

You simply has to jump up to take a player you want, 25 picks span obvious makes it very hard.
I wanted one of Finley, Veron Davis or Hernandez badly but with all left on the board when I picked 63rd I thought I would get one of them at 78th but all where gone and I took Fred Davis...not happy with that  Usually you can find one or two teams that stands out after the draft, but after this draft I don't konw most teams seems very equal imho.. |

Swings and roundabouts - I got Finley with pick 69. Didn't expect him to be there at that stage. Off setting penalties for taking Vick at 16!

hadn't done any prep at all this year bar printing off a cheat cheet, absolutely no depth in the nfl this year, think i've got an average team, wont be amongst O and the scrubs but wouldn't class my team as one of the favs
