I just can't comprehend it

They beat Denver at home and suddenly they become world beaters

I just can't understand their price.

Can't see them beating Baltimore but even if they do they face another serious D in giants or 49ers!

Yep, totally agree, they're a good team with some great offensive weapons but they're entirely beatable. Obviously taking away Gronkowski is key and getting to Brady similarly but their defence is dangerously porous - except against the ineptitude of one of the most limited QB's in the league, Sir Tebow the Mediocre. If they go 7 down against the Ravens and it looks like the D has a plan for the T/E's then it'll be evens the pair.

Ravens were dreadful last week on offense. They scored 2 TDs, one which started on the HOU 2yd line and one from the HOU 34yd line and did little else. Even the Pats D can stop them if they play like that again.

3.8 is a bit big though

You know now what you gotta do.

So the Pats are still heavy favourites despite the giants winning in foxboro with less of a team they have now, gronkoswi on one leg, giants winning at Lambeau and candlestick

I also thought the ravens outplayed the pats

they have no defence, how do they stop these WRs?!

You might want to stop digging.

Pats were 1.3 against New York earlier this season. At the time I thought that was a crazy price and the Giants were being ridiculously underrated.

Now though it seems the exact opposite. Both NYG and NE were largely uninspiring yesterday but the Pats are the Pats and I'm amazed the Giants, who no-one wanted to back at amazing odds throughout the year, are now being backed so heavily.

Well Pats was without two key players on D in Chung and Spikes, they had an awful secondary that looks much better now with McCourty as saftey and Moore CB and on O Hernandez couldn't run.

Both teams improved massively since that match.

The no D pats
Forced Eli to probably his worst match of the season in Foxboro...

I also thought the ravens outplayed the pats
Pats gave up four turnovers, Brady missed a few open throws...it was a close match, outplayed Confused

The ravens went more yards, turned the ball over more, had more pens against them, controlled the clock

And all this was in fortress foxboro.

They just missed a chip shot and Evans let the ball be batted down after a catch

Giants have nothing to fear.

The Pats have everything to fear as the giants are a better team

I don't get that the Giants have improved. I think they are the exact same team they were they played New England. Capable of being very, very good and equally capable of being merely good. They were very, very good against Dallas and Green Bay and good against San Francisco.

I'm just surprised at the market's reaction more than the rightness of the actual price.

This could also be a home game for the giants as Indy is peytons town

They won't be supporting Brady

Enough from me now but I will keep filling my boots at these prices.

Pats have drifted pretty hard since the opening yesterday. Suspect it's the Gronk news more than anything, but it's probably about right now.
Pats slight faves seems fair enough, given the apparent improvement of their D of late. Did better on the pass rush than I thought without Andre Carter. Wilfork is a beast up the middle.
Of all the match up bi-lines, a repeat of XLII was my least preferred. I hate shootouts more than anything else, and this one shapes to be one, in spite of the 17-13 scoreline in the previous SB.

Will still watch. Not doing much that day and washing my hair just doesnt take very long these days.

"This could also be a home game for the giants as Indy is peytons town" - im not sure that there will be that many Indy fans there??? Superbowl tickets arent cheap.  NYG will have most of the crowd though just cos of their fanbase.
