OK don't know if anyone has had this experience as well but anyway ...

On Friday I placed a 4-team teaser parlay with Pinnacle as follows:

SF +9.5
NE -7.5
BAL -3.0
NYG +14.0

at odds of 13/5

However, when I log in to Pinny today, there is no record of this bet AT ALL in my history.

No cancelled bet, no void bet, no nothing. It's as if the bet was never struck even though I clearly remember the website stating my a/c balance AFTER the bet was struck (which the site does after every bet)

I mean it's not big money by any stretch of the imagination, €20 stake to win €52 but it's a bit weird.

Anyone else have this problem before?

Pinny just came back while typing the above and they claim that I never confirmed the bet

I have no way of disproving this so basically I am fcuked here

To make matters worse, I backed GB -8.5 as a hedge once the first 3 won

And yes, I backed it with Pinnacle FFS!

Seems just unlucky db and one of those things , looking at the details i'd be virtually certain you didn't confirm the bet and sure we've all done that on occasions , probably more times than you think but with losing bets nobody gives it a second thought or indeed mentions it.

You could ask for a full log explanation of your transaction but tbh it'll only confirm what you haven't done , I asked someone to send a customer the detailed log of a transaction once and it was that complex looking he thought I was taking the piss and it only made matters worse.

Good luck next time   Happy

I would agree with Hayden db1974....i've done the same thing on here a couple of times concerning multiples.

100% you didnt confirm it.

Did the same at skybet once on a 20/1 horse winner.  Sickening.
