eyes on the games playing now, esp lions

By:
Especially the 49ers?
By:
both

Marian Barber out,
also Julius Peppers (not injury related) Not that they had much chance anyway but the Bears are decimated completely now. A rookie in at tailback. looking at Green Bay -11 all day and never stepped in. http://www.chicagobears.com/news/NewsStory.asp?story_id=8502 http://www.chicagobears.com/team/injuries.html |

Nilson...how do the Lions impact the Packers chase for homefield?
By:
they don't but they impact da bears
By:
If the 49ers lose tonight Green Bay are NFC number 1 seeds immediately as they hold the breaker over the Saints with the week 1 win. In which case I would expect Rogers and the rest of the first teamers to play 2 and half quarters max tomorrow.
By:
that's what ithought, plus their o line is full of holes now. utter fcking chaos and best avoided imo
By:
Dunno why but i thought the Lions already held all tie-breakers with the Bears
![]() |
By:
peppers out is not good. da bears main hope was to knock rodgers over all afternoon.
By:
if they do that he might sit the game out

The play here is to oppose Chicago every which way, total points they score, the match handicap, ht line every way you can. Divisional rival or not you can't compete with no team. If the game was in Chicago they would have a conceivable chance of keeping it respectable. In Lambeau they are going to get their hole opened with almost everyone of the marquee players inactive with the exception of Urlacher

Real shame that this was picked as the Xmas blockbuster
![]() Non event |

By:
yeah when you actually read the practice report he was never injured. don't know how lustrumm decided from that he was out

By:

By:

By:
whats everyone on here
i know the bears are in poor form and injuries but the packers are coming off a loss and have injury problems of their own big rivalry here too |
By:
gb -11.5
By:
anyone know if the packers are resting anyone / who they are definitely missing?
By:
lots of chasers from the nba piling into gb
got to have a small lay su. can see chi dumping rodgers on his bum all game, but will chi score anything? that's the problem ![]() |
By:
gb missing 4 oline starters from what i've read, but i'm no expert on the fine points of o line replacements
By:
sod it im going to have a bit of GB on the handicap
By:
also missing greg jennings
By:
totally cool forgot about channel 4!
By:
even with those missing you would expect the packers to comfortably dispose of a decimated bears side particularly with home advantage
By:
If it was anyone else GB were playing tonight I'd be worried about complacency and resting players.
They will want to destroy da Bears I'd imagine. On Packers -12.5 tonight |
By:
taken a under 38.5 points at 11/4
looking to trade out |
By:
nice start
TD on first D |
By:
Has all the markings of a 1.01 train already. Not wasting any time tonight.
By:
some offence.
By:
yeah, no
gonna be a slaughter |
By:
That first drive looked like the real Packers O of this year.
By:
yep they looked like they meant business tonight on the first drive
hopefully a sign of things to come for the rest of the game |
By:
Decent drive for Chicago there, some stupid penalties though.
Surprised Gould missed the FG |
By:
good for me, under 38.5 points still looking good... a few 3 and outs will do nicely now shorten it up
