Okay not the most exciting of games and expecting a pretty comfortable Seahawks win. Hard to see St Louis stopping the Seahawks run game. Lynch first TD and overs for me.

nbc gets first pick, i think espn get what they're given
If you had the same teams all the time on primetime it would get a bit boring. I'm sure ESPN were gambling the NFC West would be a bit closer than it turned out being this year.

Seattle's O line is a botch with three starters out injured. Then again, Sam Bradford is a question mark for St L due to injury too. If he misses out - or has to leave the field - they are potentially very weak and inexperienced at QB and will be running the ball 70 per cent of the time. All in all, a low scoring affair is on the cards because Seattle's main focus will be to run the ball with Lynch. 20-10 is my guess. What helps Sea is that they last played 11 days ago.

I'm no expert on NFL, but I don't think I've seen a worse team than the Rams in my very short tenure as an NFL watcher and punter (all of a month!)
