Both Alabama and LSU look like they'd probably beat Oklahoma State and Stanford. I'd love to see how either of the latter two's powerful offenses shape up against the former two's defenses. |

25 hours to go to the biggest game of the year!
I have spent the last two weeks doing whatever she wanted to do just so i have tomorrow night off for the game! Anyone any early opinions on the game? I am thinking 4.5 is a good line but i would be willing to take the points rather than give them. That was until i heard this scary stat, the last time Alabama conceded points in the second half of a game, the St. Louis Cardinals were 3 games back in the Wildcard race!!! |

Tempted by betting overs, i know its crazy with these 2 defences but i sometime like to do that bet. You cant run on bama so hopefully lsu will throw the ball alot to keep the time on the clock and it just makes me think we may get some points on the board tonight.

Yeah i am the same. Been through all the stats several times and still cant be confident on a pick for the game. Tend to agree with you on the overs bet it might be a high scoring game even though they are the two best defences. Over under 21 points off turnovers tonight?!
In the next games i fancy Oklahoma to get back on track at home and have a big win against Texas A+M who cant defend and if The Sooners D gets on top early they will easily cover 2 TD's. They need to win out and win big for the rest of the season to have any chance of going to the National Championship game. |

A feast of football on today with 4 live games on ESPN. Unfortunately this is the last Saturday of the year.
Gone with Houston -12 in the first game. They put up HUGE numbers at home and they will have added incentive to go through the season unbeaten tonight. Anyone care to explain why LSU are only giving up 13 later on against Georgia?? I thought the line would be more around 20/21 ish. |

It is and it isnt sown up. Tonights games count towords the overall ranking so if they lose there is a chance they might not be ranked number 1.And tonights game is for the SEC Title so it is a big game. Absolutely zero chance of them resting starters unless they are up a cricket score. They have 6 weeks rest to the National Championship game. Les Miles might want to send a message to whoever they will be playing by putting up a score tonight against another SEC Team.

Well done D13phe they look home and hosed now. They were still dogs because Houston have been putting up huge nembers in the second half of their games this year and can move the ball down the field in a matter of minutes Oregon Ducks style. Unfortunately Houstons defence has gone missing today
