Is now the time to lay the Colts at around 2.4 ?
Clearly something is amiss with Peyton as the Colts today signed retired veteran QB Kerry Collins - Manning is recovering from neck surgery and has already said that he wouldn't be fit to play any pre-season football, the fact the Colts have brought in Collins tells me they are looking at Plan B.
In a division where the Jags pushed them all the way last year, Texans have strengthened and Titans have no cancer in the locker room and can concentrate on playing, I would have to make the Colts around a 2/1 chance to win the South so a lay at around 13/8 looks a runner for me.
Any views ?

I agree. I am on the texans @2\1 and that price is contracting by the day. The colts rely on Manning far too much.
Even with Manning, I feel the Colts are in decline. Definite lay as the other two teams are no duds either.

Manning is not going to 100% right for the first few games and yes they are very reliant on he and Freeney.

But who is going to beat them Plain Jags just as likely imho. 9-7 may take it this year.

Looks like no way Peyton plays in first game - still hasn't practiced all off-season. Colts are very much in decline and without Manning they are at BEST a 7-9 team, with Curtis Painter they could go 0-16.

IMO absolutely worth laying
