When do the NFL fixtures for season 11/12 come out?

Heading to America in November just and hoping to take in a couple of games!

Usually around mid April, can't remember if it's before or after draft.
Don't hold your breath though, the phases of lockout mean that combine and draft could be boycotted so if CBA not agreed in next month problems await...
