he has not soft touch...he makes poor decisions...and he isnt very aware of whats around him...he is ok but nothing to get worked up about
By:
That's a great play by the CB, a poor play by Cutler but a HORRIBLE play by Knox. He costs Cutler so many INTs.
By:
In other news, when are teams going to work out that Martz jumped the shark years ago.

By:
lol
clearly hit the deck and moved |
By:
he wasnt helped by his receiver at all - he shld at least have made a play on the ball
By:
it was a decent effort as time was nearly up...just a great play by shields
By:
Probably should have made a play on the man tbh
By:
Harry - you're more anti Cutler than I'm pro.
I realise hs is playing very poorly. But it is unquestioned that he has enormous potential. You just appear to be saying the guy has no potential which is ludicrous. |
By:
ball/man splitting hairs - he has to prevent the pick
By:
as i said before would take 14-0
would prefer if they go back to olsen in the intermediary and forte get the feeling that marx is trying to be too smart but they are going away from their season long game plan which is putting cutler in manageable situations |
By:
Cutler is rapidly getting to the point where you can't say he has potential you can only say he had potential.
By:
he isnt a rookie ffs...he has been around a few years now...he doesnt do things the top QBs do so why would i get worked up about his potential or him...i would pick 10+ QBs over him...when he is finished his career nobody will remember him
By:
he's fooking sh1t is what he is
By:
Where's Olsen been in the game plan....i think Packers have some problems against tight ends.
By:
somehow they're still in this game the bears. Second best throughout
By:
Agreed. But at 27 - he has at least 10 years potentially.
And the thing is, Cutler has displayed potential on the field. But not since Chicago. They need to can Martz and bring in Jeremy Bates. |
By:
not sure they r in the game jf until they score some points
By:
no idea grayhawk
baffling they have one of the best tight ends in the league and they are trying to use him as a wide receiver |
By:
The Bears also need to upgrade the receiving corps.
By:
well boh thats 3 points in 6 quarters for the bears v the pack
![]() |
By:
lets be fair, the bears have over achieved to get this far, they're just not that good
By:
You're always in the game when you have a break to reevaluate, get the ball first and only two scores down, no matter who vs who.
Second half is often very different, and not for random reasons. Are the Bears staff smart enough to think something up to give them a chance, that's the question though. Lovie isn't, so it's about anyone advising him. |
By:
Mike Martz has been atrocious this game. Forget the spin, Cutler and Martz don't work.
By:
Can say that about all four teams playing today in fairness SDL, very poor season all around. Hard pushed to name who the best team was, Giants maybe? Chargers? Pats? Eagles? Packers?
None of those really make you think "Zomg, superbowl obvious innit" |
By:
when they had berrian he was a threat
By:
think packs have some strong mitigation lori - very strong actually given injuries
By:
really wish the bears would start playing some football but cant see it
By:
wouldnt have the bears in the top 10 teams lori, its been a great season for them, win or lose today,i can handle the other 3 teams being there though
By:
giants? u serious lori? they leak pts for fun...dont like their coach..defo underachieved with that they have imo
By:
Jets are absolute gash tbf.
By:
Anyone think 33.5+ is in danger here? I got good positions in all my other markets except a dodgy lay here @ about 4.5. I know I should sit tight, any views?
By:
lori i think we will see this more each season...regualar season is just passing time lol..just make sure u get in and the best balanced teams will rise to the top
By:
that boy Hester, should have a screen play for him in the playbook in 2nd half...
By:
Rodan - it's championship football, there's no giving up.
I think you'll get 3 more TDs |
By:
cutler not interested now
he has his excuse |
