Have a ante post bet on GB but --

If you backed both in the outright market tonight, and one of them got to the SB (which i think is more than likey) what price would you have them - against say the strongest opp (currently) in the Pats?

Pack 2.3? Falcs 2.7?

Any ideas?

pats 1/2 packers/falcons 6/4 it all depends on how well the teams play on reaching the SB dont think u would be a million miles away with your prices though GL

Same boat here, backed them as soon as the markets were up at 20s, gave the bet up as 'right bet, unlucky loser due to circumstance (crippling injuries) and now we're back in with a fighting chance.

Like ATL too, and if GB don't win i'm hoping they do, but if the Pack start 2.3 against the PATS i'm going in again put it that way. I feel ATL with home adv. have a bigger chance of beating us than the PATS at a neutral venue.

the packers are a stupid price for the SB now

they have to beat Atlanta in a very tough place to win and if they do they then most likely have to go to Chicago to beat a team that they just barely beat at home.

and if they win that then they have to beat Pats/Ravens or Steelers?

They may be the in form team but that price has to be laid as its not a 7/1 shot.

Will be on the Packers win, hopefully to set up a doing in the championship game by the Bears Silly

I'm with Packers already but I'll let my ride on the basis they have the ability to win any game of football (Itook the same approach to my AP bet on Chargers - OUCH !)
Everyone assumes the Pats will be the AFC rep and they're worthy favs but I can't get last years wild card game v Ravens out of my mind and I don't see them as massively stronger this year.
Throw in the famous 08 superbowl and they can yip, Jets and Browns beat up on them this season an they gave up big plays and points against the likes of Bills, Bungals, Lions and a banged up Colts.
I think they're beatable

Theyre absolutely beatable. Ranked 25th in the league in defense surely arent worth of sub 2/1 in the market imo, obviously the market disagrees.

Feel confident that GB would give them again - especially give the loss at Foxboro due to poor time management and with matt fylnn
