reflecting on last night's loss, some attrocious tackling from this unit. No's 50 and 51 two key missed tackles during the Packers 1st TD drive. Also the surefire dropped TD pass for the Packers, made the scoreline look closer than it was. Plus barely any pressure on Rodgers first half, had all day to pick them apart. Some major work needed on D for next year.

2 missed field goals didnt help either....maybe next year.

unfortunatly tackling isnt really a strong point in the nfl, see it week in week out, unless of course a reciever is stood still after a catch then gets drilled. some attempts are laughable.

Give Rodgers and Starks in particular some credit, a running game that came from nowhere and didn't Rodgers find 9 different receivers in the 1st half ?
Most defences will focus on 1 WR and will have worked on schemes to cover the 2nd WR and maybe a TE, but when you have 8 targets and a screen option that's damn hard to shut down.
Missed tackles hurt I agree and the diabolical drop TD pass did create some unecessary pressure for Packers, but Vick came within about 9 inches of winning it for the Eagles !
And Packers O-line has stepped up massively this season, a laughing stock in 09 they are pretty decent these days
