Kept this off the "offishul" thread as it is somewhat self-indulgent.

I'll play it a couple of times prior to kick-off Sunday night - for psyche-up purposes. Glad Eagles are playing in the last match this weekend as it is a bit easier to enjoy the other 3 - on the basis the Eagles are still in it Blush

This play was probably the most memorable in my 20-year following of the Eagles, (although Cunningham to Barnett against Buffalo when Bruce Smith was all over Cunninghma for a sack is well up there).

In all my years of watching the Eagles no play has made me jump around as much as this - Eagles went on to win a match where we were being schooled prior to this. Can't believe its 7 years ago, ah well.

Awh Come on, the cheeseheads on here would be extremely disappointed if the Eagles contingent didn't remind them that playCoolCool

Do you think we had forgotten?GrinGrinGrin Never! We got another one for the annals this year with DeSean Jackson's "thanks for coming" winning punt return against the Giants, but that was a Divisional Play-off match, way bigger.

Eagles lost to Carolina that year in the Conference Championship match, when heavily favouredCry. When I think about it that probably doesn't console Packer fans over "4 and 26" as 'what might have been' perhaps becomes more painful.

Not optimistic about this weekend, its fair to say the Eagles are living off much of their 'big plays'; we will need them Sunday - really worried about Rodgers shredding the Eagles secondary. Our big plays might need to be on defense, AshanteHappyHappy

Although both teams flawed the one that wins will have to believe Superbowl in touch, Packers will play Falcons, Eagles will play Bears - they both lost there but I could see revenge for either of them.

Wallflower, it seems you are a man after my own heart!

I have been avidly following the Eagles since going to the Vet in 1986 to watch a pre=season game against the jets and watching a 2nd year Randall Cunningham come off the bench. I was hooked. I remember the 4th and 26 very well aswell as many other pivotal moments in Eagle history.

As for this week, I have the opposite feelings. I just feel the rest that Vick, Jackson et al have had will really have benefited the team and I expect to see the offense click. Also, I think that Rodgers will get pressured enough on Sunday to force a few turnovers.

Be confident, 31-17 [:D]

Long story, but from a guy who hated American Football, I got hooked watching a Redskins Eagles match I wanted Philly to win......Randall Cunningham hooked me on gridiron and the Eagles.

Really excited about tomorrow night, the winner is my favourite to go win NFC.
