How did Tampa win that game tonite?? Skins deserve theri defeat with some crazy plays. They would have been better going for a 2 point conversion to win the game outright

i lost the tv to xfactor. Could someone briefly explain what happened, saw a failed 4th down conversion on NFL and that Tampa had the ball, then TD Wash?

the comms were saying the drive was completed when on the field they were displaying 4th down !!!
It appears they had judged the first drive a 1st down ! !
