Orton played a lot with an ankle injury the year they traded him, I find it impossible to believe that I realised that and they didn't but even when they did the trade I posted on here that I thought they were underrating Orton.

Yeah, hard to know what to call here since the Colts started moving it with the run as well. Think I'd shut my eyes and blitz, but that doesn't make it right.
maybe they got sucked in by the rivers cutler rivalry and thought he was good....another player im sick of hearing about in terms of MVP..rivers...makes me laugh

yes them stats are stupid...how can you have the best D yet lose at seattle,..raiders have put up 70+pts in 2 games v chargers..total rubbish

Yeah, it's weird how the Colts have been too short all game and suddenly just because the scoreboard gets scary, the price panics the other way with no reference to what's going on.

Much as it's fun to go for it on 4th/1 at your own 20, I think the percentage is to punt. Manning's getting the ball even if you score, so you might as well let him have the ball first and then try to score as time expires.

If you get the yard you're not really much better off though Howie. If you would have stopped Manning's game winning attempt, you'd stop his drive and force a punt and still have time to score. If you wouldn't have stopped it, it's irrelevant.

The Colts 4th/4 was a good example of a time most teams don't go when they should (Colts did and titans weren't ready)
Got to have at least one go at a TD if they're thinking about kicking here.

problem is lori by punting it after manning scored again it was a 2 score game - go 4 it on 4th and 1 make it and score a td and u lead by 1 - score a field goal and u trail by 3 so 3 for colts still gives u a td to win the game

Play call was dreadful after he didn't reach the endzone on that 2nd down. Pretty sure they had to kick then.

Can be harsh sometimes enjbenjy. The worst one IMO is when you have an NBA game, last few seconds, one team winning by 10+, you've backed Under and you're right on the number. Then some guy just goes and makes an uncontested layup as time expires to screw you. Happened to me at least twice that has.
I feel your pain BotL, although I hit a middle in the Kansas game a couple mins ago when they were told to stop playing with 37s on the clock
