d13phe id be shocked if the jets get homefield...its not a bad thing that they keep winning games late,,is that 5 now??kind of shows clutch play but it has to be a worry also..i like the ravens schedule so il go with them for homefield

They are playing a very poor colts team.

You don't want teams dominating anyway. Personally I don't enjoy watching (for example) La Liga in Spain with two teams 30pts ahead of the rest. Competitive balance makes a sport interesting.

i hear what u all say and agree to an extent - this is a young side with the best coach and an awesome qb

however u want to phrase it i think pats will be a major force next few yrs

plus two 1st round picks and two 2nd round picks (and two 3rds I think?) will help them gain more depth next year

is it just me or do sides look more fluent when they need to get a move on and just go for it

dont watch great deal of nfl but when I do in these situations when a side up against it and well down they seem to find it so much easier to get on with it

i agree ph running it, you have 2nd option of field goal opportunity, if you mess that up.  a player of his quality doing that is crazy

The D got to him hence he messed up the pass.  Anyone that expectred him to be conservative and play safe to an extent with the FG just doesn't watch Peyton enough (or even the recent games against the pats).  Just as much the O-Line's fault as it is peytons.

I think their general lack of a running game works against them more than anything.  Teams know exactly what they are going to get with Indy week after week, yet they are still giving up major pass yards - because peyton is just that good.  No other QB would look the colts look anywhere near as good as he does.  Best QB about.  Calling them average was an overstatement by myself - not taking into account the injuries etc.

Thanks Harry.I went to bed when the Pats had a 14 point lead and had just picked Manning.Couldn't believe when I checked the score this morning.I backed the Colts pre match and looks like I could have got some back if I had hung around

I remember Giants hitting 1.4 after they took the lead , not for much though

1.4 was silly with the amount of time left..add to that the mike vick show  @stewards...They were at midfield and i recall them at 1.9..then i think he made a big completion to wayne i think...so 1.7 wont be far off.
