awfuls stuff from mon but nothing much from bos either..very fortunate to be ahead imo..no one has really dominated.

Flyers didn't give Sabres a sniff in last 10 minutes - very strong show of muscle tonight

Yes back on serve that series now , big advantage Bruins hitting the road tonight and getting away from that intensity of the two home games , reduced the pressure that did and wouldn't be surprised if Sharks benefitted in similar fashion tomorrow.

think habs did enough there to deserve OT..price played with his eyes shut for 30mins of that game and habs played pretty much the same.

Losing night for me.  Just been working out some stats for the playoffs so far:-

23 games played so far
12 home wins
11 away wins

13 winning favourites
10 outsiders

2 games going to overtime.

Not sure much can be deduced from this.  The lack of OT games cant be good for RT layers.  Home advantage does seem to be making too much difference.  Think Hayden has already reflected on the sometimes increased pressure in front of home fans.

Hawks looked a beaten team after their effort on Sunday and would surprise me to see it wrapped up tonight.

Redwings look to be marching at the right time.

As predicted i'm a lightweight and fell asleep before the late game , different tactic tonight as i'm going to bed early and setting the alarm clock for 3.30am  Laugh meaning i'll miss the Hawks game unfortunately.

Only bet i've got at the moment is the speculative 20/1 for Caps and Sharks to meet in the final so hoping to see Sharks feel the freedom of playing away from home intensity and doing a Bruins of last night and winning.
4/4 road wins last night but think it was as much about the game timing for one or two without necessarily being the better team , on to game 4 for those guys when as a betting medium you may as well flip a coin.

Interesting stats to date Swardean , no coincidence we haven't mentioned once that a tie may be the best option , that's my point about the regular season being a far better betting proposition due to all the different angles available if you're willing to put in the work  Love

The Cannucks fans are quieter tonight Devil

I'm sticking my neck out and going for goals in tonight's game - hoping it'll get blown apart in the first 10 minutes - with all of them ending up behind Niemi Laugh

Good luck

Sounds like I missed a cracker but suffering with too many late nights recently.  This really cannot be good for me.  Well done with the overs.

Surely Kings deserve to win the next one to tie it up again based on whatI have seen in first 3 games.

Soppose you have to give Chicago a squeak again now but surely Canucks will wrap it up given 2 chances back at Vancouver.

Good stuff foy you Hayden, keeps your dream final alive!

No drewboy, not just you. How the Kings trail in this series is an absolute mystery. I just hope that last nights dagger in the heart hasn't broken them mentally. Coming back from that loss is going be tough to do.
By:

CJ - if you watched that last you would wonder what chance Kings possibly have.

Would be an enormous achievement to be even competetive now, let alone win after a crushing loss like that

Crikey   LaughLaugh

Alarm went off at 3.30am but at 4-0 was thinking why I bothered , imagine drew was thinking just the opposite , it's a crazy sport sometimes and 4 goal comebacks aren't as infrequent as you may think but that was unreal , remember Sharks breaking the NHL record twice in 3 nights a couple of months back with number of shots on goal and they're certainly a strong outfit in that 2nd period , wouldn't begin to post what I thought of that game or would be here all day but another consistent example for me why it's more important to look ahead as to what might happen in the next game rather than dwelling on the previous encounter , have to remember the series is still on serve so to speak so plenty to play for and with the dreaded game 4 next literally anything can happen , ironic that just when Kings get Williams back and start scoring they start leaking goals as well but can't help thinking this time last season it would have been Sharks taking a healthy lead and blowing it such was the 2010 mentality.

I know i've bored everyone with this swerve game 4 theory but you have to take the 7-2 result last night on board , too much guesswork in game 4 for me regards fatigue , between the ears and especially when it's the first elimination game of the series , avoid playing game 4 like the plague or else flip a coin in my view.

Not sure how we can follow that lot tonight but here's hoping  Happy

Couple of big OT periods coming up , Caps 2-2 or 3-1 is big but Tampa's late goal is massive if they can win in OT

Incredible game - amazed how much energy both teams showed in that period.

Can you see Hawks going all out tonight HAYDEN?  Quite possible that we will see goals?

Cannot see past SJ later - but then again Anaheim confounded me last night.

Cracking start to the night Grin
