I've just logged on to check my bank balance and I find a withdrawl from NFL LLC Enterprises for $239.99, which it turns out is the renewal cost of buying Gamepass. The only issue is that I haven't bought Gamepass this year, and I didn't receive an email telling me it would auto-renew.

Anyone else experienced this? I would advise anyone who bought it last year to check their account

Ok, it turns out there is an auto-renew option somewhere when you originally purchased it, although I don't remember seeing it.

Will the price come down for Regular Season only, not really fussed about the warm-ups. Any ideas anyone?

I am in the same boat with the auto-renewal. I'd be astonished if that tick box was there when I signed up last year and will be e-mailing for a refund as I don't particularly need it this time around.

I emailed them this morning and got a reply saying they've cancelled it and it's being refunded (will take 5-7 days).

Can't believe I would've checked that box either.

I think the price is 259.99 for the regular season if you're not a returning customer, but it will decrease after about week 6

CJ, thank's for Asking I'm the same

Gazzy Thank's for posting price

Also, That AUTO renewal with out the box being ticked / MIGHT have been a PLOY for CASH !
Then they just APPOLLOGISE & REFUND, Claiming a week's interest on everyone's Cash. ( We All Know : How Straped for cash they are ) Devil

"The automatic renewal policy was disclosed on the registration page, where there was a field where you could opt out, as well as in the Terms of Use, which all subscribers are required to read and agree to prior to subscribing, where further instructions are given regarding how to opt out of automatic renewal."

I think he's lying, but they are going to refund anyway so no harm done.

I bought last year, it is giving me the offer to renew for $280!! Where is the discount?
I think I will wait for week 6 again

there was an auto renew option, cant remember if it was automatically ticked or not. it really does feel a bit like legalised theft imo, theres no logical reason why anybody would want to auto renew something a year in advance. i mean you could not have the internet anymore, be in financial difficulty or even be dead. it really doesnt make any sense except to try to con people into it.

i think im going to give it a miss this year. amazing myself even thinking that, but last year the amount of use i got from it was minimal. the 6pm games are pointless because more often than not it doesnt actually work until after the first quarter of games, plus the delay even when it does work makes it impossible to keep an eye on the other scores and switch between games. then theres the fact that quite often the game i wanted to watch was blacked out cos it was on sky. i only really used it for a 9pm game and MNF. not convinced that is worth the extortionate price. if it wasnt for the delay id still subscribe, but i think i'll probably give it a miss and email them telling them why they arent getting my money this year.

No refund yet, anyone else?

I got mine about 5 days after requesting it.

If I were you i'd email them again and chase it. There's probably a lot of people wondering why all this money has been taken from their account. I could understand the auto-renewal if it sent you an email a month or so before reminding you (like car insurance companies are obligated to), but to just take it is extraordinary.
