If Betfair have any sense, they'll put up a market where all bets have action for a televised game like this. They won't of course.
they cant really do that, cause a large portion of the market is based on the pitcher so it would be hard to weigh up what sort of odds to put out based on the teams only, as a not so good pitcher could be starting

I'm not suggesting they do it for every game, that would be madness as they'd have no layers. For years the purple place did exactly this, and couldn't see sense despite me explaining it to them.
My point is, put up another market where all bets have action for this game only, given they'd had to void the market and people might want to bet since it's televised. To be fair, this is what they've done effectively as they've loaded a market with Shields as starter (refresh if you can't see it).
