OK, well that would mean a normal run line of 9.5, which can go either way and one of the things you would consider would be the quality of the team's defence and of course, pitching.

All I see is someone moaning about losing an overs bet in baseball because of poor pitching. As if that's something they shouldn't account for as part of the bet. On top of this, they acknowledge that the weather has been worth 5 runs through 7 innings but can't acknowledge they made the wrong bet.
