All depends on a lot of things. It must be noted that the starting pitching in general this season on course to be the best for years. Which means less runs of course. To be fair this week I've had five totals bets, and four have been over and only one under, but it's normally the other way around.

Alrite guys, i normally only do over bets on baseball - i appreciate what you're saying on unders - pitching duels can be great, but if i watch a game I like a few runs... i usually pick 1 or 2 overs a day - so being pretty selective helps.
I like laying leaders in running - but liquidity is an issue. On overs in Balti and Minnesota tonight btw :-) gl! |

As long as you're being selective with the overs, that's fine but it really does depend what the line is set at. I've seen people suggesting that it's good to take over when the line is for example 6.5. Not necessarily the case, it's usually low for a reason.
Anyway, Oakland, Phillies and Nats for me from the midnight games (Nats being the best bet of the three for me). |

Yeah that's probably true chelsea_blue. Golf isn't my sport so I never venture over there.
To be honest I only post here because of the anti social hours that baseball is played at, and it's helps pass the time. I occasionally post on the football forum, usually trying to get bets matched on ante-post market - which never gets me very far. I wouldn't ever take any notice of anyone with regards to what to bet on. |
