bufferlo v phoenix philly v pens as we know both played last night,and after watching last nights game we saw pens holding back last night for this game as a rule i would lay pens but as its a big game will have no bet the other game i would lay phoenix but yet again i will keep my powder dry and let more games to be played |

interesting the pens last night. i always get worried when i see so much more money than normal. i was all geared for the pens but saw the larger amounts against them. i am a punter and whilst i like the game and follow it i realise there are always people that know more. i don't recall exactly what time i looked yesterday but it must of been about this time and was 25k traded on it. compare that today where it is philly at the same time on same UK TV and there is 3k. id be interested to know peoples thoughts given we now have hindsight on the game as well. for what it is worth early thoughts tonight are for Boston in RT.

I said the same thing on the last page mate, someone was trying to lay Pens/back Yotes for big amounts(for NHL anyway) Stayed away from it thankfully.

yeah just interested in what people think. going to swerve boston tonight as well. looks like anaheim aren't going with jsg in goal. i always think early season is time to go against him. don't know what is happening but i can't seem to find a bet at all. none this season.think positive at least i haven't lost i suppose!

spotted some decent money as you did yourself but tbh I did post that imo it was a red herring , firstly the bookmakers prices were on the cusp of exchanges all day and on a few occasions the market ducked under 100% if you shopped around , secondly due to a couple of reasons posted yesterday Pens were by no means value and thirdly it should have been obvious that Pens would have one eye on the big divisional game tonight in Philly and it's notoriously difficult to peak 2 consecutive nights hence the reason teams target matches to win more than others over the 82 match regular season , have to remember it's not a knockout yet and merely a mission to achieve the best placing for a launch at the play-offs which in turn means winning the division and beating local rivals is a big priority , final point worth a mention is how ineffective the Pens home crowd are in the less glamorous reg season games , the comparisons between early season and play-off atmosphere in Pittsburgh are world's apart. So all things equal I had no problem with the goings on last night tbh , agree with Boson and think they together with Sharks will find a way to win tonight but moneyline is the safer option and also think the Kings offer some value at the moneyline price. good luck tonight. |
