It's a pity nfl.com don't offer some form of pay-per-view option on a game-by-game basis.

I would be willing to pay for tonight's match but am more than happy (generally) to just watch whatever match Sky have on Sundays.

JUST PAID 25 DOLLARS FOR WEEKLY PASS SO CAN SEE TONIGHTS GAME
Report Ace High November 30, 2009 4:28 PM GMT
The mob running gamepass this year are beyond parody. Apparantley a weekly package bought on Thursday counts as the calender week as opposed to the nfl week. Genius at work here.

excellent, couple of blips but wouldn't be without it now and will re-subscribe next year.

$120 (about £73) half price Game PAss for the rest of the season sounds a good deal.
Can anyone confirm that the quality is really good and therefore worth this price please ?

Had access problems weeks 1 & 2, and quality problems week 9 or 10. Apart from that been HD quality and no buffering.

Just paid around 46 euro for the monthly pass.Gotta say the picture quality seems to vary from amazing hd to a bit blurry but maybe thats just my pc?
Report GoBallistic November 30, 2009 5:24 PM GMT
When it's working the HD quality is superb (except for the first few seconds for some reason). They've refunded a few weeks this season when it simply hasn't been working. Because of the high picture resolution it eats a lot of broadband. The pictures for live games are delayed by 2-3 minutes. It's most useful, I think, for reviewing old games (they strip all the adverts and other crap out)

My net connection is appalling. so 90% of the time it is blurry - but watchable.

WHen it is HD the picture quality is absolutely magnificent.
Report cunnybobbler November 30, 2009 9:08 PM GMT
personally i hate it. i much preferred the old game pass (when it worked) the delay is ridiculous, its at least 2-3 minutes behing live making betting in-play impossible
Report cunnybobbler November 30, 2009 9:14 PM GMT
you cant really even trade out of bets cos you have to go and see whats really happening on nfl.com making watching it "live" fairly pointless. and if you enable scores/stats on the gamepass you see whats happened before it happens. its ok if you believe in gray's sports almanac but otherwise its pretty annoying. think il go back to the free streams next year.

Report punkha1 December 1, 2009 6:39 PM GMT
Was this ok for everyone last night? Maybe its my broadband or pc?
Report Buckio3 December 1, 2009 7:21 PM GMT
Apart from about a minute in first quarter mine was fine bought the season pass yesterday for last nights game and despite the blow out was really pleased :)

its a cpu killer. ive got a dual core 2ghz and it really goes mental when i use the gamepass, could fry an egg it gets that hot. when it goes really crazy i click on pause an wait for my cpu to calm down a bit before starting it again.
