By:
FG ya mugs...... please :(
By:
Good point graycm57, I will see what they do.
Hopefully they use common sense, but this is betfair, all they care about is their commission. |
By:
Need to get 6 yards?
By:
Cecil is a hero
By:
8's is a tempting price for a scoring play
By:
Atleast my GB winning margin 12pts or more is safe so that basically cancels out what i'll lose on the points.
By:
They will not kick a fg or pass the ball, only way you get a scoring play here, is a fumble return or a punt return. either i cannot possibly see happenening.
By:
possibly an all-time low in TV there
By:
3rd down now.... run coming to kill clock
By:
Gna have to go for it skyblues look at the time on the clock
By:
4th down
Culpepper might appear then........ if they dont make it on 4th |
By:
Ah out of range, bummer
By:
punting it??
interesting |
By:
packers were never going for it, they were only gonna rn the ball with lions having no timeouts, u only had a punt return chance really as they will be bombs now and prob get picked.
By:
18 seconds for a culpepper hail mary ;)
By:
Stafford still in for some reason
By:
Would they really not have gone for it if he got another 7 yards and in range on 4th down?
By:
34-12 FT
By:
and they run
By:
Hmm ah well, I'm still in profit just smaller than I should have been stupid missed FG's :(
By:
Anyway, another step towards the playoffs :)
By:
thats wots rubbish about the nfl.
such a drab finish ... dont understand the logic of running the time down after the 2min warning ... surely 2nd and 10 go for throw chance of challenging the score and racking up some more points ? |
By:
1 down 2 to go
By:
they would have had a 1st down with another 7 yds though wouldnt they?
no need to take the fg most teams arnt going to run up the score when the game is over and no real time on the clock. |
By:
eyres
why should they run up the score its not the college footie where the margin of a win means a lot. These teams want the win to make the playoffs they dont care about the score off the game, apart from maybe coaches who dislike other teams. Imagine if they had a pick 6 under 2 mins then onside recovery and lose the game, what happens then? |
By:
they were 3 scores ahead ... wud need three TD and one 2point convo.
surely summit can be done cos it must be worse than watching football teams play hold ball in the corner flag ... its so boring - i hate it wen oldham do it |
By:
yeah, but teams dont like running up the score because off the sportsmanship, unless its against disliked teams.

Speaking of points, NBA annoyed me yesterday 3 points short of a lovely points treble... would have been about £670 or so, and 40 seconds on the clock they just gave up. I was SEETHING :D

Speaking of points, NBA annoyed me yesterday 3 points short of a lovely points treble... would have been about £670 or so, and 40 seconds on the clock they just gave up. I was SEETHING i know the feeling....i had portland -13.5 going into the last leg of a 5 leg acca worth 1800....the led by 16 with 5 to go, ended up winning by 10!!! |
