If it Helps at all Lizard, I am 0-9 when betting on games involving Bears this season, and I backed Eagles earlier...

I go the opposit way to Gary Binosh. I think that the Bears started so poorly that they were forcing things. Now that they're well back in the game they can try and relax Cutler and hopefully continue moving the ball as in the 2nd quater

Eagles have done nothing since blistering start (bar Jackson's return)

Hey Gary - they showed some pizza parlour during a TO, and the pizza looked like a puke-inducing heart attack on a plate.

How's your luck been since the footy earlier on btw? Colts just managed to get the W for me. On the Bears now.

cheers Del

its been great mate, after stoke and mallorca won, i then had a thread about a Juventus/Valencia double i did which won at just over 2/1

and ive also had an NFL treble which youll see at the start of this thread which is onto its last leg so its been a great day, how about you ?

yea it seems no one has a clue how this is gonna go :D think im gonna sit with eagles and hope the bears dont do anything from the kobut if eagles score 1st im getting out early this time.

Hey Gary - I had the same treble as you earlier on - Stoke, Mallorca and Villareal.

Also had a single on the Colts, which just about came in.

Now on the Bears to cover 3.5 points, so if the Eagles win by 3 or less we both win :D

Only the one loser so far today - Del Potro in the tennis.

That said, I've used about 3 months worth of luck in 12 hours, so I'm prepared for a horrendous losing streak :0

Congrats on your excellent day's betting btw :-)

all id say Mr L is dont put yourself in any position that would gave you a worse loss on either team, as this is a total coin flip job, so dont take any risks

its annoying thought eagles would win the superbowl this year, penalties and lack of conviction by mcnabb at most times costing even a win in this game

Off topic Gary, but you are one of the only decent posters on the footy forum, but how you cope in that asylum i will never know!

RL :) thanks you, kind of you to say

well i dont really open the threads that they do much, so i honestly dont notice them to much, so i can honestly say i dont really mind, its only abit annoying if your talking in a few threads that go down quickly due to there persistant threads

I can't wait for the World Cup forum, Euro 2008 was a decent forum, good talk and debate without the free money, nailed on mugs.

Hope its the same again this time around

I try not to get peed off with it but after RL I like to punt on footy and like to discuss different aspects, betting, team news, sport in general, but it's just impossible on there as all the decent threads get few replys and get buried under the childish shat.

Anyway back to the game :D

RL - i know, and i see alot of people like you on there that get frustrated by them, and i admit even though im a pretty calm fella sometimes they are annoying to me, but i know they wont stop so i just do my best to talk in the decent threads, and usually it doesnt take up too much, and good thread do get in

its really annoying though if you have a decent thread that one of them posts in and the rest come in and it leads to another arguing thread of theirs
