I agree with Onionss though. I have seen scenarios where someone fumbles but is ruled down and the whistle blows the play dead, therefore it is not reviewable (e.g. the Hochuli/Cutler play last year). Can someone explain why this situation was different and they were allowed to challenge?

Yeah Knight, That is the case I was referring to, zebras seem to be going along and changing rules on different days. Houston coach seemed to be suggesting it was a play that you cannot challenge.
