Change of plan. Off out on the lash so as I can't really manage this bet I've reduced the bet to 1.25%, the minimum needed to return 1%.

If this thing is going to work then I have to be very disciplined.

Easy day today, I had some money on the Bryan Brothers earlier on in the week when they were @ 1.8 to beat Dlouhy & Paes in the Doubles at the ATP Tour World Finals.

Not too much football on today. There's some Coppa Italia matches but these are exactly the kind of bets that have had my profits in the past so I am staying well clear. In form teams, playing matches they have to win at home against out of form teams; that's the way to steady profit.

If you compound 1% to your wallet every day then after 70 days you have doubled your wallet and after 2 years you have about 1000 times your wallet.

It sounds simple doesn't it?

It is, but it's boring as hell.

The trick is never to get greedy, find bets that are virtually certain, trade out when you've made 1% and just keep adding on all those little 1%s.

I've been doing this for just over a week, yesterday I got carried away with the Champions League and I suffered my 1st loss in 9 days but I am still on target.

Today is Day 10. As I'm off out tonight and won't be able to trade I'm going to put just over 5% of my wallet on Valencia @ 1.22.

Valencia need to win tonight, their opponents, Bursaspor, have yet to score in this group.
