Having being a user of the service for several years for the last 2/3 months when I log in my balance does not show (£898) and clicking on My Account does not have any effect. I cannot find any rehearsed question that helps, impossible to find a tele no. to speak to anyone and the one occasion I had an online chat I was disconnected by the agent!!! Is this a new feature - fellow users protect your balances!!! I suppose it has to be the media next Martincaw
