Help!

F*** me! Its really difficult to ask for help from Betfair! Please take note!

I've had a betfair account for a couple of years, but somehow I've deleted the left hand side menu and quite frankly I'm not going to bet until I can open it again. Don't get me wrong, as soon as its fixed I'll be maxing out my £2 charlie strategy again, but for the life of me I can't work out how to get it back.

Glad I didnt invest afterall in the IPO if this is the lack of attention to detail in the customer experience!
