first

hi there when i click on a footie match on the sports page only the back odds are displayed. I can only see the lay odds when i click on view full market. how do i get the lay odds to display beside the back odds on the other page?

is it just me or does this site seem to be difficult to find your way around??  On the main betfair page, when you click on your Account, it tells you how many Betfair Points you have, but I still can't find where to convert them to cash on that page, can anyone help?
