You need to use the American spelling 'color' and the font size is in 'pt' units, i.e.

(color=blue)(size=15pt)special offer for new customers only(/size)(/color)

Then use [ and ] rather than the ( and ) which results in.........

(color=blue)(size=15pt)special offer for new customers only(/size)(/color)

  Forgot to change the ( and )
