Laptop said it couldn't start up properly the other day so clicked on the fix,when it came back on the Norton said critical nd to reinstall,did that nd now the Chrome isnt showing as that icon,all my programmes on the Start icon arn't there, nd my Vaio Gate isnt working. Anyone got any ideas how to solve please? I'm no technical expert by the way as you may have guessed!!

what version of windows are you running whitewidow?
