'shambles' would be more appropriate as this situation has been going on for weeks.
I've raised the issue twice by emailing the CEO peter.jackson@betfair.com. The first time back on 2nd August and despite receiving a reply from a Complaints Executive promising to investigate, the matter was never resolved and the 'investigator' stopped responding to my requests for an update. Below is the second of my emails which I sent on 11th August @ 13:49. I received a reply from a Senior Complaints Executive stating "I have forwarded this to the Forum team. They will investigate promptly". Good afternoon Whenever I upload a new photo to one of my Community Forum galleries I see once I've done so that it's labelled 'Pending Approval'. Yet today I've witnessed another user upload an image at 12:46PM and he's actually displayed it on a topic just one minute later at 12:47PM. Didn't appear to have to wait for approval. Why do seemingly all my images go through the tortuous 'pending approval' process? I feel I am being deliberately targeted for some reason. Please ask one of your trusted underlings to investigate and explain to me the reason behind this apparent discrimination Thank you. Regards, Terry *******. A job title with 'executive' means two very different things depending on the industry.
It either describes a top-level senior leader who makes company-wide decisions, or an entry-level support staff member who carries out menial day-to-day tasks in fields like marketing, sales or complaints.  |
