To get started right-click on the photo shown above and then click on 'Save image as'.

On the next screen you see, click on 'Desktop' to save it there and give the image a name, e.g. avatar.

Then click on 'Save'.

Next step is to go to the menu on the left-hand side of the Forum screen, scroll down and click on 'My profile' and you'll see on the right-hand side of screen click on 'Change profile photo'

A small window will pop-up, then just click on 'Choose file'.

Click on 'Desktop' and locate and click on the image you saved there earlier then click on 'Open'.

Then click on 'Upload'.

A new screen will appear stating 'Your photo has been submitted for review. It will appear as your profile photo once approved by a moderator'.

That's all there is to it!

I can't help but wonder if....

(a) the resurrection of topics that have not seen the light of day since Adam was a lad,
(b) the attention-seeking deliberate misspellings, in particular deliberate misspellings of male genitalia and regular references to snickers launchers and glory holes, and
(c) posting 'hey, look at me' screenshots and other references to my Lifetime P/L on Betfair,

are all signs that I may be suffering from both OCD and coprographia.

FYI, coprographia involves an uncontrollable urge/obseession to write specific words or phrases, obscenities or socially inappropriate content

I certainly seem to tic(sic!) all the right boxes!

Stress Response: When a person’s stress response spikes, the parts of the brain that govern empathy and logic temporarily shut down (known as flooding). They lash out with insults to protect themselves from feeling exposed.

Childhood Conditioning: Adults who experienced sarcasm, put-downs, or shouting as normal conflict methods in childhood often mirror those same habits in their adult lives.
