firefox 3.5.1 chat not working :(

tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it says betfair extras not compatible with firefox 3.5.1. the watch list still works though

I can't get chat to work today. When I logged into Betfair I got a popup saying "XMPP: error during authentication". The chat then told me I was logged out although I was logged into the site. The popup kept appearing every few minutes and I have had to disable chat to stop it.

I'm using Firefox 3.0.12.

i had the xmpp error at home last night too (running ff 3.0). so no chat either at home or the office now.

Still not working here on both computers. I've emailed the lab rats but heard nothing so far.

The problem has now been fixed and chat should be working again.
