Signed up for that new super deal , actually had no choice since they were closing down Horizen , anyway signed up and the guy came and did the business , everything seemed good , came home the other night and switched on the golf only for a sign to appear saying you must subscribe to this channel , as my deal included All the sports channels I rang them on Sat morning after 1h 47mins I kid you not a voice finally came on and told me I should have been switched over and I would have to ring another number . after nearly 3 hours i gave up . As I write this now my phone says I've been waiting 56 mins , I think its time to leave this shower and sign up elsewhere..

They are a shambles wonks. Had trouble with them last year. Were severely overcharging me. Took 6 months to resolve. Took literally dozens of calls. 70 minutes the average waiting time. They listened when I threatened legal action. 80 euro extra being robbed from me for half a year. Bunch of idiots.

I eventually got them today after nearly a hour , it turns out the reason I couldn't get my Sports Channels to work was simply because they had moved them from 401 to 450 . I said why was I not told this , she said she didn't know and that they were run off their feet answering calls regarding this change . I suggested they posted this information on the old channels she said she'd pass this on . I hope this helps someone...
