Does anyone know why  Irish racing  does not feature selling races  ?  [In fact claiming races seem to be scarce enough too.]
Sellers would  be a good way to get individuals or syndicates involved in ownership by buying a horse that at least has shown a certain level of form and durability as opposed to taking a chance with an animal  from the sales who might never even see the track.  Many fun horses have come from sellers where a canny trainer can squeeze out a win  and it's not unknown that a purchase can show considerable and profitable improvement.

The application of large amounts of cash on the said horse at long odds in the right race has been known to help down through the years...

Sellers and claimers are a great idea. They are also punter friendly if you have done your homework.they are a good way to move on a horse.Good manners to always ask the trainer before claiming a horse especially in England.

The Tatling was a very successful claim by Milton from Dandy

Talking about Dandy, Trotter is doing very well in sellers like his father
