Has anyone ever been prosecuted for jay walking ?

Tram surfing should be a punishable offence , and should negative any possibility of claim .  Driver also entitled to a claim for distress caused by someone "interfering" with his vehicle ?

I read elsewhere that the scrote then went onto twatter and abused anybody who spoke out about the judgement or thought there should be some responsibility for her own actions, joke of a country this is nowadays and our judicial system needs massive overhauling.
