Powers no longer willing to accept wagers in shops for the following days racing unless the races are displayed in their shops. Would'nt think Spoils will be too far away from joining them . They usually follow suit.

wont make much difference to most people as they wouldnt take any more than a score without ringing it up.in fact its all the better as you wont have fiver merchants marking their card for them..
