Speaking yesterday HRI chief executive Brian Kavanagh said: "We are very pleased that ATR and SIS have reached agreement for a new term. Funding my good man, it's not all about the lad doing his conkers online.
From what I know the racecourses get a good handout per race shown on ATR . Keeping some of the smaller tracks in the black I suspect .
i wonder has there been a change in the fee per race structure? and how does the new deal affect the payments made to and by bookmakers?
