He was a huge 2yo ,they rest have caught up with him this year. Have alook at his head carraige yesterday , running like a horse thats hating every minute of it , gone sour imo.

I think he's worth one more chance but only on the dirt, after all, that's what he's bred for. Not a fan of these war fronts anyway, they do nothing but regress with age and they're not bred for the turf.

they're very reluctant to talk about what might be wrong with him, which leads me to think it is something that would effect his value as a stallion even more than sh1tty track performance, something like his wind. He runs like a horse with wind trouble.
The same thing basically fcked So You Think in Europe when everyone got notice of all the wind ops. European breeder hate that ****.
If he does return to anything like his best, I bet it will have been a wind op of some sort.

Should send him to Johnjo. Couple of mid summer 2mile handicap hurdles to be picked up with him around Worcester and the likes providing they can get him well handicapped.

Aidan O'Brien admitted Air Force Blue "is only a shadow of what he was" following another abject performance at the Curragh on Sunday.
The War Front colt was crowned last season's champion two-year-old after completing a hat-trick of Group One victories in the Dewhurst at Newmarket and was odds-on to make a winning return and claim Classic glory in the 2000 Guineas.
However, he was bitterly disappointing on the Rowley Mile, and then fared little better in the Irish 2,000 Guineas and the July Cup.
A drop in grade for the Phoenix Sprint Stakes at the weekend failed to yield any improvement as he trailed home last of seven runners.
O'Brien said: "We'll see how he is. Obviously we'll talk about it over the next week.
"It was a very disappointing run. He never really took off and is only a shadow of what he was.
"We'll see over the next couple of weeks." tues report.
