As many a man said in Liverpool over the years - 'any chance of a start ?' - with a Cue Card / Annie Power double or On the Fringe Treble.....you'd 'never be so lucky' I hear you say !!!
Fwiw my horse tracker has thrown up the Henderson/Robert Waley-Cohen's 14/1ew Theatre Territory tony57 in the 5.15 Mares bumper tomoro???
Saturday's GRAND NATIONAL features Many Clouds 8/1 bid to become the first horse since Red Rum to win back-to-back races ! Tom George's 16/1 shot Saint Are wins but like Holywell 14's for Jonjo with - Boston Bob 25's for Willie & Ruby, Fahy's Morning Assembly 25's or Gilgamboa for Enda - and then Irish eyes are smiling.

I think Sizing John looks a serious bet tomorrow @ 3/1. Excellent effort in the arkle getting that close to Douvan and looked for all the world that the extra distance would be a positive. He looked like he was going to fall back into the pack before staying on up the hill strongly. De Bromhead always targets his good horses @ Aintree and gets them there in good nick after Cheltenham.De Bromhead has always thought him a good horse and has admirably not run scared of Douvan meaning he has never got the credit he deserved for taking him on and trying to make a race with him. Hopefully he gets his day in the sun tomorrow.
Of the opposition, Garde La Victoire will have to brush up on his jumping if he is going to get involved. L'ami Serge ran a better race in the JLT but that form is below what Sizing John is doing in running behind Douvan. SJ has finished in front of him over hurdles in the supreme last year also. The rest of the horses are good handicap winner and will have to take a step forward formwise based on what they have done thus far.
Sizing John 3/1 is a very good bet imo, I presumed he would be a 15/8 or 2/1 shot.

Sizing John, Annie Power & On the Fringe Treble pays 16.50 with Skye Better (and 6 other firms) whereas it's only 13.20 with Poor Paddy ffs.
Using that 'Bet Basket Accumulator' on Oddschecker is a absolute dream

tony57 • November 14, 2015 3:09 PM GMT copper kay in the bumper, she,ll be there abouts..but I think the value is the hobbs horse @uttoxeter BACCHANEL @8/1 e/w bet to nothing..big thing that was green as grass @wincanton on debut..they have give it time to grow into its frame..im hoping the ground will slow down the favourite and my pick will get in the frame.
callitasucit Some plunge on Copper Kay. Was 4s an hour ago when I posted.
kavvie good calling tony a winner and a placed horse..cant fault that!!
TellTheKing She’s a very good mare. Had traffic problems the last day which mean’t she didn’t win half as well as she could have.
tony57 the Henderson horse is one to follow..i said last night the whispers were the yard love her..

Yeah Tony, the Henderson horse is one to follow alright..... Well done too to 'James and Jean Potter' who had the full sister Polly Potter 7th in the same bumper back in '09.

thought greatrex horse would be the one in the bumper, trainer was very sweet on it, hendersons had only run 10 days ago..ground suited, but didnt think it was good enough, stood with henry de bromhead to watch his horse get robbed, the man was livid, his words"fuc£,n happens to me all the time" felt for the man, although i thought his jockey made a bad choice?

Ahead of tomorrow’s Grand National at Aintree we wanted to get in touch to let you know that we’re expecting a lot of visitors to the Betfair site ahead of the race, so if you’re planning on placing a bet please do so early to avoid missing out. If you are due any winnings we will get them to you as fast as possible but please be aware that given the large volume of bets it may take longer than usual.
Thank you,

Think If In Doubt will gain compensation for a ridiculously unlucky trip at Chelt. Backed ew at 5s.
Also had few quid ew Mydor at 11s(sneaky rev f/c!)
I would be worried Alisier D'Irlande will go too quick to get the better of Douvan early doors, and be a sitting duck up the straight for the others. If the ground was better I would think 10-3 on Game Changer was an unbelievable bet. I will still back him, just not to the same extent.
Will enjoy the 3 superstars hosing up.
Backed Druids and Samurai ante post in National.
10s Many Clouds looks very big now. Gilgamboa, Morning Assembly, Gallant Oscar all look over priced too.

The overnight rain has given goonyella a massive chance. He has massive reserves of stamina and had the race been run on good ground, you'd have thought he was too slow to win it. If the race turns into a slog and he puts in a good round of jumping, the race will suit Goonyella down to the ground. 22/1 with 6 places is a good bet imo.

Very entertaining Morning Line this morning with a super feature on SIR AP McCoy aboard 'Hello Bud' around Aintree's Grand National course.
Back in December he had what will probably prove his final spin over the famous green fences when filming a CH4 feature for today’s coverage. Wearing a camera and a microphone so he could discuss the course as he tackled it, he rode a full circuit on Hello Bud (with thanks to Nigel Twiston-Davies), the fifth horse home when McCoy won the National in 2010 and twice a winner of the Becher Chase. It was, the former jockey said, the time he has most missed race-riding. Hello Bud is 16 now but still hunts a lot, McCoy reports, and remains “a brilliant jumper”.
Already on Saint Are & Holywell, but McCoy had a good word for No. 22 UCELLO CONTI (10-8 Gordon Elliott's half brother to Silviniaco) so I took his advice and backed at 33/1. He was 2nd in the ultra competitive Paddy Power in December (4L ahead of Gilgamboa) and third in the recent Thyestes (with Rule The World 5th, Ballycasey 9th). tia AP.
Best of Luck today boyos.

Just watching rerun of the race, Press would have had a field day if it was Victoria Pendleton falling off Ballycasey at the second last.... not Katie's finest hour.

Opposite side of the coin was Robert Dunne performed miracles to stay intact and bring it gently back into contention, without that mishap very likely would have won. A good festival for the Irish.Mullins steamrollered his way to be top UK trainer,it was a howitzer against a peashooter for those 2 trainers there.
