Reports are coming in that traffic jams are causing choas in the centre of Navan . Police have been called out to marshal what has been a staggering surge of cars vans and in some cases buses trying to enter the town. When asked to explain what had caused this amazing sight Garda Tom O' Malley was at a loss ,he did say that rumours had spread on a forum that a certain bookie in the town was taking HUGE bets from customers .Some shoppers were agast at the goings on,one elderly man said in all his years of early morning shopping he had neverseen anything like it, and that the culprit who spread the rumour should be arrested for upsetting what was normally a quiet and often boring day . Garda O'Malley did relay an amusing story, one poor devil was seen outside a Laddies shop with a 100 bags of sand, when informed by Garda O'Malley that the Builders Providers was futher up the road he got very Snappy....

Look on the bright side, this 'creative' effort will exhaust him for the rest of the day.  he hasn't even been able to summon a smiley yet, such has been his concentration.

Things getting more out of hand than was first thought ,another of these messers has turned up dressed as a horse, with the words Cheltenham Roar across his chest ,running along the footpath frightening all and sundry with his antics, pushing women and children aside,he seems to be in a world of his own , like the others we might add .Navan has never seen anything like it since the last St Patricks Day Parade ,some people where even checking their calanders for confirmation that today WAS Sat 5th such is the array of dress on view. The situation could get worse if anymore of these arrive in town .

Jesus Christ the man has lost the plot, I genuinely feel sorry for him, I think we should back off him for a while.
The man unfortunately has cracked and its there for all to see.

Well said, CR.

Time to give him some space, lads.  This could end terribly and we would all be in the dock.

Hardly surprising this humourless charmless hotch potch don't get the joke.

Less surprising is the admission of hunting in packs.

Wonks, give us a wave or a smiley just to let us know all is well, please.

Certain people on here don't believe Mental Illness even exists, so their lack of concern at your apparent unravelling is of no surprise.

Funny piece but the Ladbrokes shop is about a mile from the town centre. Locals say it's in an area nicknamed Johnnymun (Johnstown). You are more likely to find Anto, Deco and Taxi man Uncle Git in there. Rumour has it that Uncle Git gets text messages from all the big players and the boys gather around him for the nod.
