That doesn't happen every day.
There are discrepancies but rarely that big
The problem is there are so few bookmakers up there and they are compliant.
It doesn't cost much to manipulate the market.

My complaint is if a punter attempted a minor bit of manipulation he is threatened with the police and imprisonment.
