The green and golds runners continue to be allowed to operate on their own terms and without impunity on BH Monday in Galway.

Salsa Sensation: Ted Walsh trained and owned by the distinguished Mr.Mcmanus in a beginners chase. It would be unlike the virtuous Ted to be getting young chasers handicapped so I presumed the smelly drift on here would not be representative of his expected performance.

Morning price of 5/4 out to BSP of 5.67Blush

Great to see the big man getting his just rewards for supporting young trainers at Wexford, What did ever happen to that list,1.5 trainers took the bullet.

After race at Downpatrick Sun, 22nd Mar, 2015 (1st) That was nice, he confirmed what he showed at Leopardstown. We didn't know how he would handle the track, but he handled it well. He'll make a nice three mile chaser. (MG & EM) T M Walsh

Aye Ted he will make a lovely 3 mile chaser as he will be 20lbs well in before the handbrake is loosened.

Anyone expecting a change in MO tomorrow?

Why turned out again after only 10 days, a cynical mind might suggest three quick runs and a lenient mark.

Challenging for favourtism on overnight prices, betting should be informative.

Will the stewards be watching?

On a separate note, nice to see Trevor Hemmings have a horse with Michael Winters who has a couple of runners tomorrow.

15 winners from his last 60 runners is fair going for a smallish yard.

Hemmings has kept one or two fillies with Winters for the past few seasons. His Irish base is fairly close to Winter's set up I think. He is surely the best small trainer in the country.

As for Salsa, I wouldn't be expecting him to be there at the finish. A pattern in his career so far has been at least four weeks between his races. The 2m5f Martinstown race in Leopardstown at Christmas is my best guess for Ted's plan.
