5.35 HE IS TOP CLASS I backed this one lto when townend was in the plate , bit of a worry hes not on today but the way he won tells me he could go close again in what is a decent race with a few to choose from PACELLI ROAD ,DO TRY IT DOLLY,will rightly have their supporters...my selection would benefit from more rain I think but at the prices @9/2 im hoping my selection is worth a small e/w bet to nothing...and I mean small..good luck all
Kilbeggan looks a bit strange to me, none of the top flight/more experienced about this evening, no R Walsh, Geraghty, Townsend, Carberry, Power, Lynch, Heskin, M P Walsh or even Casey riding, whats that all about anyone?

I said the same thing about yesterday's card in Clonmel Gemini. At a guess I would say that there was a jockey's wedding which they were all attending. Total guess but most of them lads are too hungry to leave rides behind.

The races last night were confined to conditional riders or jocks that had not ridden more than 5 or possibly 10 winners this season, i think its 5. You can be certain that the other yokes werent allowed ride, the chances of them giving their less well off comrades a break would be a million. If they had to drive over them to get into the parade ring, that wouldnt beseen as a stumbling block.

Just found out that races there are confined to jockeys that have not ridden more than 10 winners in the last year, so that is why there is none of the above performing there this evening as was the case last evening at Clonmel as well

That makes much more sense. Quite a novel idea though it would be more useful during the winter with the bigger fields and better tracks.
If we live for another hundred years we will never see Rachel Blackmore, Frank Hayes and Paddy Mangan ride winners on the same card (or in the same week probably).

A group of the younger jockeys have scarpered to Lanzarote together for carnage, no eligible NH card until Tuesday.
Riveting Irish cards this w/e : Multiple flat handicaps at Navan and Dundalk.

Well done Workrider you not alone gave us that winner some weeks back but followed it up with the ultra confident " get stuck in lads "
The result is a disaster for Slickster because not alone had he never seen you so confident about a winner but he has a sneaky suspicion that you got Peter OHehir to nap it.
