It is unusual for a local Irish accent to shine through music rather than the default mid Atlantic twang...but this is a Dundalk accent and frankly awful in the spoken or singing word.
Don't like the sound personally. It is unusual for a local Irish accent to shine through music rather than the default mid Atlantic twang...but this is a Dundalk accent and frankly awful in the spoken or singing word.
I have the 2 sons here with me Roger and we thought David was excellent,he may have to go to other lands to find fame but he has the X factor, like you say very original.

I am unbiased with Dundalk accents, have had very little interaction with them over the years. With most regional accents all it takes is to meet one bad egg with a certain accent and you will hold it against the whole county forever....sad really. David is a smashing lad.
