Snap which bookies allows you bet on these games , NGU says ONLY £22 available  on here , so hardly worth it , can you get much on these games aside from here ...Doubt bookies would be willing to continue to be taken for a ride either , so maybe the £2 punters would be happy betting their hard earned ,I honestly fail to see the point of putting these CERTS up day after day ...I believe you like to punt heavy , think you asked Pa for 1,000e betting challenge ..So pray tell , where can we back such HUGE sums and with who ..With yourself Callit and Pikey punting to such heavy figures the bookies must be living in terror of the Unholy Trinity ...

Can imagine the face of the bird on the counter when you hand her one of these dockets....Kajakstan what?
Straight on the blower to HQ, every bet monitored. If you can get e25 on it'd be a miracle.
A couple of winning bets up, and the next time your in....she's on the blower "yep it's yer man the basketball bloke"......

With yourself Callit and Pikey punting to such heavy figures the bookies must be living in terror of the Unholy Trinity ...

Can you please tell me when I have said or suggested that I bet in 'heavy figures'??

TBH, I don't think Snap should be putting up these basketball tips here. I would rather he prolong their longevity, and lobbing them up here doesn't help that. Its been uncanny how they are going in with relative ease, and though I have missed a couple due to work, I would certainly be happier backing them than not.

I find it funny how many people make reference on here to 'not backing odds on' or 'not feeling the need to back odds on'.

If you feel a horse/dog/basketball team whatever should be sufficiently shorter than what it is, then why not back it??

The most successful pro gambler I know, and who is hugely respected by the right people, sent me a text the other day.......'I make Horse X(cant remember name) 1.25, which would make him a bet at 1.38. He is currently 1.4'

It would be very much the exception that he would recommend one so short, but why do people restrict themselves to 'not backing odds on'?? Surely everything should be judged on its relative merits.

I still laugh at a time a few years ago, a group of went over to the Arc meeting. After racing, a lady insisted she would never back odds on, that it was silly. One of the lads asked her....."If I ran in a 100 meters sprint against Usain Bolt and Bolt was 10-11, and I was drunk, would you back him??"

I didn't know what was funnier, the fact that she said No, or the fact that he felt he needed to be drunk to definitely lose to him!!

one odds on bet i would of had was for you to appear in snaps defence once again.value at 1.01 imo.

I think you're seeing what you want to see, and not seeing what is there.

Where do I 'defend' Snap??

I give my opinion on 3 things as I see them.

1) I think Snap is wrong to put up the bets(Tell me how that is defending him please??)

2) That I would prefer to backing winners than not(Tell me how...)

3) That I believe people should not have a cut off point of even money for what they back/perceive to be a bet(Tell me how...)

Now, if you can see any of that as a 'defence' of Snap, fair play to you. You have a greater imagination than me.

So in fact, its a self priced 1.01 loser you have plumped for. But don't let it put you off, keep at it and you might get the hang of how to price things up.

you are obsessed with these threads.as others have pointed out there is some connection between you and snap.you appear on them all to pat him on the back when he has an odds on winner and you are swiftly on hand to take on his detractors!

A question for Callitasucit.

Have you backed any of these certs ?

If yes roughly how much did you get on ?
By:

When: 27 Feb 15 12:50
I will send you a PM WMFB. I don't think my staking is anyone's business.

Do you not see the irony insideinfo??

You say I appear on all these threads. Has it escaped your attention that you appear on them all yourself?!!

I appear on quite a few threads. Some on here I have no interest in, and do not comment on. Some I do. I didn't appear on this one last night to pat Snap on the back, as is clear from the post, but to question peoples mentality about the 'evens border'.

Just off the ole dog and bone from mon ami in Paris. Phone call came a bit later than usual today, as he went on the lash down at his vineyard last night.

He's getting quite jiggy about a French Pro B basketball game that starts at 7pm our time tonight.

Saint Quentin will pulverise Angers he says. A stone wall certainty if you will. 8/11 available looks generous. Help yourselves folks.

callit i dont appear on them all but when i do its to briefly point out what a knob snap is! you have developed an annoying habit of writing long winded bullet point responses to anyone who disagrees with snap.why is this i wonder?? what is your motive and connection to snap?? i dont see you constantly defending anyone else with such vigour and there is plenty of worse bickering going on here.
i dont have an evens border either as you wrongly seem to believe,i generally dont back odds on shots because i can find much better value betting prices higher up the scale.someone once told me if you have the 2 you dont need the one in relation to betting a 2's on chance, wise advice if you ask me Wink
